Hillary is the elitist. Yes she will say anything attempting to create the image that she wants to be perceived by. Very funny! Thanks Ben. “Going after our guns” is such a crock! Having guns in the hands of idiots doesn’t make the nation or culture safer. If we were a society of mature adults, I’d say sure let anyone have a gun, but we are a society of lunitics who can drive on the road without getting into rages. Nope, no hope for guns.

I agree with you.

Unfortunately the country is filled with apathetic simpletons that are easily misled, case in point, Bush. There’s also a problem with gerrymandering congressional districts which makes it very difficult to vote out representatives, it’s a big factor in why many congresspersons have terms of 40 years or more.

Not really, they just fill the factory floors, this country was founded by, is run today, and probably will for the indefinite future be governed and supported by the wealthy.

And no the ACLU (and civilian activism) does a lot more good at maintaining our liberties than Joe Blow watching Judge Judy or the (current) military ever will.

Unfortunately, the apathetic not only do not like to think, they also don’t like to read. And since there are only 5 publishing houses in this country now, the most objective books are written under private publishing houses, so the access is limited. Bush read the Prince, he and his cohorts are Machiavellian and learned much from Goebbels. They didn’t even bother hiding the name Homeland Security to cover their motives. And still the people “believe”.
